Can i add document to my application of study permit after i sent? Canada

after i sent my electronic application of study permit extension. i found that i forgot to upload an very important document and the website does not allowed me to make any modify after i submited.
so any one had the same situation and how can i add them into my application (if call them, will they accept to add my document to application?)

Did you apply online, when u applied online did you upload the passport and transcripts?
could you please advice. I am applying for extension in this week..
