hello to all!

 HI just want to know if my husband can sponsor me in canada..my husband went to canada through family sponsorship, he is a dependent child..he got his visa in august 2007 and went to canada for a month and then went back to the philippines to finish his course.We got married before he went back again to canada...He is now in canada and currently living with his sister. He is also busy looking for a job now.Can he sponsor me eventhough he is unemployed and never experienced working?pls.we need your advise!tnx a lot.Godbless!

yes he was a permanent resident in canada now...my problem is,can he sponsor me without any income, he never work there,he is staying with his sister while busy applying for a job..for a while her sister is helping him with all his needs including the expenses in sponsoring me,while waiting to have a job...is he eligible in sponsoring a spouse?pls help!tnx n GODBLESS!

yes he can sponsor you because spouse sponsorships dont require having a job or any income
