i have applied for a Humanitarian case, and it didnt get a first stage approval, it got tranferred to a local cic office, and everytime i cheack it online it is in proccess it has been like that for 2 years, does anyone know what is next? is it a bad thing or a good thing that it good tranferred to a local cic office, does anyone know what should happens next, i also have a daughter who is 3 years old she was born in canada does that help at all, anyone have an suggestions please thank you ?

Your daughter is a canadian citizen but too young to help you. Have you called an agent at the local CIC to find out where your case is at? Why do you say it wasn't approved? It was sent to the local CIC so if it wasn't approved you would have gotten a letter saying so.

Where are you living at the moment?
