Hi guys,

I have applied thru FSW1, however, my local CHC is notorious for taking and average of 2 to 3 yrs to process. I have the possibilty of getting a confirmed job letter from a Canadian employer.

Getting AEO and applying for a work permit - does one jeopardise the other ? meaning will this look like I am trying to circumvent the system and get rejected on a technicality ?

Pls advise tx

what's your noc, visa office etc? what's the timeline of your case? did you apply under the old system or new system? in order to expect the forum members to help you, you need to provide all this kind of detail with your question.
