Hi everyone?

I could not find a post regarding life in canada under arranged employement

I want to ask
can my employer change his mind or dont keep me for the job or pay me less as we agreed? if yes then what can i do about it?

Yes, he can change his mind and not employ you....though he has to show valid reason for it.
He is bound to pay you whta was decided upon
Its difficult for a new immigrant to fight such a case....if valid reasons are provided by the employer

Yes your employer can change mind to do not hire you anytime (or terminate you anytime).
if employer pay you less what decided in offere letter than you can file case against employer, you have to pay lawyer fees for that!! if it's affordable for you than you can file case against your employer, but remember once you spoil relationship (employee-employer) then they will terminate you and you have to leave Canada or find another employer and work for them.
