Hello, what happens if my employer is not satisfied with my performance? Can he ask HRSDC to annul my LMO and terminate the contract with me? If yes , does he have to prove that there are reasons to dismiss me? Thanks

No, he can't cancel your LMO but he can fire you if you are not satisfactory.
