Well, if the visa officer wish, he/she can give another chance & ask for additional document. However now, since these days limit is set, and asking all the documents at once, they are free to decline the application.

So, its better to send the notarized copy of the contract with the application. If for any reason it cannot be sent initially, do enclose the explanation letter about it.

Failure to prove work experience with sufficient proof would deprive the applicant the work experience points, resultant the points would become less than 67 and the application would be automatically rejected.    Visa officer may or may not give another chance to submit the documents, it would be better if you submit now on your own with an explanation letter.

Our application was refused and returned, due to a letter of employment for a indeterminet amount of time not being enclosed with the application. Our application will be resent by the end of next week. That was under old rules when this happened. We are now reapplying under new rules.

If some one is lucky the VO may give him chance to submit the docs again

Yeah last few payslips should be good, if you just have last one that is ok as well

Be prepared that you need to prove your job duties beyond doubt, else it may be a stumbling block
