i have a friend who is going to  canada soon.  can he deliver my documents to cio office. do they take documents by hand instead of courier. if yes i can save money of courier

As far as I know the VO London office can accept documents dropped in persons

Oh yes, Obviously yes.
Courier companies dont have a satellite drop system , they too deliver documents using their men.

Your friend can send the documents with Canadapost  as soon as he arrives in Canada.
Your just have to fill in your mailing address so that their reply will come to you

I somehow doubt that the Sydney CIO has a drop box for applications.

Dear Pittabread,

Learn to respect others. PMM is the respectable member on this forum and is helping a lot to others.

Use your common sense and deliver the document. If you deliver the documents by hand, make sure you should get acknowledgement for same. Dont just deliver the document and come like that without any acknowledgement.

You can do by courier also ( DHL,etc.) which has acknowledgement receipt showing who had received the document.

mail the application or by courier

IMO if drop off is allowed, they would have mentioned it on the application guide
