CAN CIC LONDON REFUSE BASE ON IELTS

I have a question for every 1 in this forum, CIC London can refuse the application on ground for IELTS if someone do not want to appear in IELTs exam, because we got the letter from the cic london and it mentioned that there is no formal assesment for english in Provinial nominee, please update here if some have any idea about it. thanks

Please check SINP Guide page 4 (,http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/appguide-family-members/)In addition to Health, Criminality and Security checks, Citizenship and Immigration Canada may request any additional information that it deems appropriate at any time during the application process. This may include asking Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) nominees to submit International Language Testing System test results.

If they have asked you to provide IELTS, you must have to do.If you dont ,you might get refused.

Appeared in exsmane as soon as possible and sent them (CHC LONDON ) the result and meanwhile keep on trying to get better score, i know it is hard money wise and time wise, but just think you are getting the immigration of Canada, the best country to live for in the world, so their is some price, good luck

My friend ,if you live at the  places you did mention,as an immigrant with family ,you will change your statement  and will always say CANADAis the best country to live with family
