Dear All,

My file received in New Delhi on June 8, 2011 for sponsoring my spouse.I revoked paid representative. I got confirmation email from CHC about revoking. My interview was on 31 Aug, 2011 in which VO approved my file for further processing. That agent told me that he has written to CHC about dispute. And in OCT 2011 I received letter from CHC to pay Right of Permanent resident Fee in Canada only. I want to know, can revoking of representative affect processing of file?

When I sent few emails to CHC then they reply me on 24 Jan 2012 that "This Family Class application  is currently in the queue for final review. It will be reviewed in accordance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category, based on the application received date."

That representative calling me that he is still getting information from CHC. Can someone help me what should I do if agent is getting information from CHC ?
