Can anyone tell me how much more time will it take ?

Hi, I applied for PR under 4131 in April 2010. Sent full documents in October 2010 and received my 2nd AOR on September 9, 2010. Does anybody have any idea how much more time is it going to take now.
Also, my daughter was born on Jan 12, 2011. I informed the visa office today using online "case specific inquiry" form. Someone told me that I need to send them a letter through post regarding birth of the child. Can someone clarify regarding this...

send your daughters passport copy, photographs, birth certificate, fresh application with her name and partculars in it, application fee to visa office. You will receive medicals together.
