hi everyone
first post , i really liked ur site and i really need help !!!

im in jordan my sister applyed from immg. to canda as Skilled Worker Class Immigration: after one year she got her Receipt no.# and my mother got one too , i would like to know exccatly what is next after that is it medical examination or other ? and how long will this take(visa) ? and after they go to canada can they bring me too or should i apply from here even if takes to long ? or is there other souloution like someone help from canda for my papers ? and my last qus. if someone wants to immg. and have mony , how much is the amount to declare so they get a visa ? and what are the steps or the site that can help ?

1.   Is your sister a dependent of your mother, under 22 or has been attending school since turning 22?
2.  The processing time for SW is 61=68 months, so nothing will be happening on the application until is assessed in about 5 years after they received the application.
3.  If you were not included in your mothers application, then you have to apply on your on.
4.  Start reading a www.cic.gc.ca

1.yes my sister is a dependent she is married with 2 children she is 34 y ,
2.61=68 my god already 1 year has passed and it needs another 5 years !!! the guy at the office were they appliyed say's in about 2 years evreything will be ready ??!!??!!
3.no im not inclouded in the papers , my mother is inclouded in my sisiter application., yes i guss i have to apply but isnt there another souloution like a lawer from canada to help me? so i get them faster than 5 y ?

1.  I doubt that your mother can be included in your sister's application, when it's finally reviewed, I believe that Damascus will insist your monther is removed.
2.  Everybody waits their turn, a lawyer will not speed your application, but will ensure that is done correctly and that it is not returned as incomplete.

well...both got a Receipt no.# now and becuause my mother is alone ,my sister spends on her , dosent that mean there application arleady been excepted ???
i know the lawyer ensures correct path , but i ask u again isnt it better to do it with a lawer fron canada (living in canada) than applying from jordan ?

1.  All Damascus has done is received the application, it has not been reviewed nor your mothers inclusion as a dependent.
2.  To represent you, the lawyer has to be a member of a Bar Association in Canada or if a consultant a member of CSIC.

i applied from Jordan too, this was 2 years ago & i am now still waiting my turn, it is a lengthy process 5 years?!? other offices are much faster than this, i think it is my bad luck, but what to do?? i guess nothing
