Hi All,

After submitting the complete SET of doc's after getting the first AOR, how many months do we need to wait to get the request for medicals?
I mean : What is the procedure after submitting the complete set of documents?

It depends on the CIC/CHC Visa office

- Once you submit all docs to visa office you will get 2nd AOR which takes 2-3 months
- If all is well with your application and documents then it will take atleast 6-10 months to get Medical request
- Once you submit your medical and again all is well with your medical reports then in next 2-3 months you should
get your approval

I would be sending my set of doc's to Buffalo visa office.

After sending to Buffalo it took our case 7 month to move. That was back in Oct 2009. They move our case to Detroit (May 2010) and it was complete by October 7th. Now the timeline is more quickly check with others. I have seen case that within 3-5 months, depending on the visa office.
