Hi Guys,
          My parents are late.I lost my mother 1988 and my father 2005,will they ask me to produce death certificates to affirm this?

no, only dependents and relatives you designated as living in canada.

You don't need to show any documents of your deceased parents. However, in the application, make sure to mention whatever is being asked about them.
