I sent my application 3 months ago and still didnt receive anything from buffalo office negative or positive? My wife sponsoring me from canada and im in usa.when will send a client number to me so we can check our case status online. Or can we call them and ask whats going on?isnt 3 months too long?

Actually, no, 3 months is not too long.  Buffalo's average for 80% of cases is 11 months.   Your application has a ways to go.
