dear friends,
                I'm Post 26,2010 applicant. Can anybody tell me How long is the waiting period to get into InProcess from RBVO stage. I got my 2nd AOR from NEW DELHI Visa Office on April 29th and now its 2-months. Usually when do they update ecase? i mean to say during week days or weekends? How long do i have to wait to see INPROCESS stage.

your app is under the priority rules...so it should'nt take it more than another few months before you recieve your further instructions...be patient....

I think usually they take around 2-months time to update ecase to Inprocess. But again I would like people who have been through this process can better comment on this.

it varies from case to case. Background checks are on in ur case. Hopefully within next 2 weeks u will hear from VO.
