Can anybody out there give me any valid offer of employement? I need it immediately to include in my provincial nomination application, as I need those points to pass.
Please do help, and I'm getting discouraged and demoralized about this. I worked for many years to get all the requirements needed, and really do not want this to end like this.
If anybody has any ideas at all, please send me a private message, so I can reply to you immediately.
Thank you everybody.

Well....I have to admit. This post gave me a shock.
Is it possible that we get a "fake" offer letter and apply for Immigration? If it is possible, I would also like to do that. I would appreciate sincere response on it.
Thanks Mohan

In the last website update (Sep 1), AINP added this sentense: "Please note that an invalid or fraudulent job offer will result in the decline of your application." So I think someone tried to apply with fake offer letter. http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/srsvisaholder.html

Hi
How much time do you think it will take for the Canada Immigration official to find out that the Offer Letter is fake and ban your immigration process forever ?

I certainly don't encourage anyone to get fake offer letter. However, I would like to play Devil's Advocate here. What exactly can differentiate a fake offer from a real offer? If the company exists and is registered in that province and is offering a job that is above the minimum average for that NOC, I don't see any problem even if you pay for the offer letter. How does anyone know whether you paid for the offer or not? I mean, immigration policy of any country is not perfect. They are there just to prevent everybody from Third world to immigrate into their country. Nothing more. It is up to you to find some way of navigating the system. David Cohen has written a nice blog entry on the same topic. Read for yourself. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-blog/2009_08_01_archive.html

If you have an AEO approved by Service Canada, it will most likely be approved unless your experience is very out of tune with your AEO. Some immigration consultants offer AEO's for sale. They will get a real company to apply for your AEO and you will pay them a bunch of money they will likely split with the owner of the company. However, we are talking thousands of dollars here and no guarantee of success. If you find someone who says they can do this, you don't know if he really can or if he's a scammer who will run away with your money. Even if he does get you an AEO, there's still a possibility that your AEO will be denied.
poissonmagique: I don't understand why you say you don't want it to end like this. What is ending exactly? If you get denied this time, all you have to do is work on your French for another year and then you should have enough points. When you are asking for a job offer, you are asking for Quebec specifically? Because you should really say that. I don't think a job offer from somewhere else will help you with your appeal to Quebec. You can also work on a job offer anywhere in Canada and try to come in on a temporary work permit or some other provinces PNP but I think it's unlikely that you can get a job offer within 2 weeks in time for your appeal.

if I reapply, I have to pay processing and application fee again. please help me find a job offer in Quebec as soon as possible. I can go as long as one month to find the job offer, since my deadline for submission will be around late October, but that is pushing it. I hope and pray any of you can help. Thank you.

Leon, There is age limit, and I cannot apply again later, because I will be over aged. This is my last chance. As far as AEO and other options you say, I'm willing to explore these options. Also, if job offer exceeds two weeks, it's ok. Better to try even if it gets delayed. Please contact me via email with the complete details. Please help. Thank you.
