what kind of diseas or sickness it will make me not apple to have visa to canada ?
and how it will be in medical test ?
is it will be hard ?

1.  Here is the medical exam: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/section-6.asp
2.  You can fail for excessive demand (except sponsored spouses and children) where the disease/condition treatment costs more than what is spent on the average Canadian or the disease is contagious, for example active TB.
