Can an IT Professional apply as a Skilled Worker

Hi,

I have a total of 9 years of IT Experience with the following breakup

2001 - 2004 - Software Developer - India
2005-mid 2006 (1.5 Yrs) - Canada Experience as a Software Developer
2006 -2007 - IT Project Manager in India
2007 - 2009 - 1.5 yrs experience in US as SOftware project Manager
2009 till date  - Project Manager

Can you please let me know if I would be eligible to apply for a PR Card under the Skilled Worker Program? I could not find any job category pertaining to SOftware INdustry in the NOC list that is given in the website.

IT was removed from NOC on 26 June 2010....
you would need to wait for new NOC & hope in future NOC includes IT .....
