What would be the chances of winning the appeal when the applicant didn't go to the interview?
If they reapply inland, his wife can stay with him in Canada while they wait, but the processing times would be over a year.
If they appeal, could she stay in Canada waiting for the year or more it takes to get a hearing?
well i happen to hire the lawyer for her case as i find it to be very complicated , and i happened to ask him abt the possible chances . He said that hes gonna submit a strong explanation of why she cud not appear fr the PR and that request a positive decision or ele he recommends file transfer !
Cuz he thinks or case has serious issues and hence he does nt suggest inland cuz if rejected then , we have no rights to appeal. So basically i have to wait until wht they decide . But i was wondering what Rjeesome just said that we can appeal (only shes refused )and if she cud stay here with me while the appeal is in process ...woow that wud be great !!
