as protocol, Afghan's applications process from CHC islamabad. since islamabad take 23 months , i want to apply from new delhi office since it take only 6 months. is it possible?

Are you living in India? And if you are living in India, were you legally admitted to the country for at least a year? (e.g. entered the country on a work permit or study permit that was at least one year long)

If the answer to these two questions is yes - then you can apply through New Delhi.

Otherwise you must apply through Islamabad.
