Hi seniors have 2 questions and kinda need confirmed answers
Can a CIC call center agent tell us whether the PR card(initial) is mailed or not ?
Do we get a tracking no for the PR card(initial)

Please help

Yes the call centre can tell you if the card has been mailed to you.  There is no tracking number given.  The wait is roughly 7 weeks at this point.
