Dear Friends,
I have prepared documents for FSW1 application and planning to submit this week. Now one problem has arisen. I have done M.C.A. from IGNOU, India. So regarding to Transcript they can produce only after 15 days. At present they have given a recipt for that. In this situation what should I do? Do I submit my application to CIO with explanation that I will send transcript after 15 days and for that a copy of recipt is submitted. OR I have to wait till 15 days?Huh And if I wait then there are chances that my NOC code which is 0631, with complete application 183 as on 20th Sept, will fill out soon !!!
I need your help in this matter please. I am waiting for your reply friends...

Regards

you submit with explanation , read this paragraph of new check-list
Note: If your application lacks any of the documents listed in this checklist, it will be returned to you. If you are unable to provide
any of the requested documentation, please include with your application, a written explanation with full details as to why
that documentation is unavailable and any documentation that would support your claim. Failure to provide supporting
documents in certain circumstances may result in the refusal of your application.

Trishna,

Your file will be returned as "Incomplete" if send without Transcripts.

This is what I suggest:

1.Send Notarised copies of the Transcripts (assuming that you have a copy of our transcripts).
2. The receipt from IGNOU
3. A cover note to explain why Univ sealed have not been provided and shall be provided when requested at a later stage.

Since, Cap of your NOC is going to fill up soon...this is probably the only BEST thing you can do.

All the Best.

I think you should wait for the 15 days, and send your complete application then....................

You are afraid that your NOC will fill out soon if you dont send it immediately, but I think that if you dont send your transcript with your application, your application MIGHT be returned to you as incomplete and this will result in a delay, which may be more than the 15days you were trying to avoid.............

Even if it is not returned by the CIC, they still cant process your application under the new rules because the application is not supported by complete documentation

If your NOC is 183, as of 20th September, thats an average of 65 applications per month,.............not likely for Cap of 500 to be reached in 15days.........its worth being patient for your transcript Wink

That's if they will accept the explanation, and that paragraph is also designed for those people who won't be submitting those documents. The OP is planning to submit the documents after a 2 week wait.

Since the OP's NOC is unlikely to be reached for several months it would be less risky to simply wait for the correct transcripts to come in, rather than roll the dice and send an incomplete application a bit earlier. Baring in mind that the person performing the eligibility review will not be a full program officer and will have less discretion available to them - they may simply see that the transcripts have not been provided and fail the application as incomplete.

So my advice is wait the 15 days and send the full, complete application with all the required documents.

Right wayne,

OP can wait for few days and submit complete application instead of taking risk to get returned documents by CIO NS (if returned by CIO it will take few days to get back your application  Angry).

As I remember last CAP 2010 for 0631 was not reached (20) remains in 2010 applicant.

so average of your NOC 0631 is not frequently going used cap even since last several months.

you have time to get arrange rest of the documents if something missing or incomplete, meanwhile check your application forms and rest of the documents are okay or not.

once you get transcripts sealed envelope just add and send your application package to CIO NS.

Choise is yours that what to do!!!

Although the New check List does say:
Transcripts: original transcripts for all successfully completed studies (diplomas, certificates, degrees), if
available.

And no requirement for being sealed.

Anyways I will go with Cappuccino's advice....If there is no hurry, you should take your time completing everything.
