My uncle was a USA resident and got deported about 10 years ago.  He then was deported after a misdeminor charges or felony.  He completed his sentence of 5 years in prison and now wants to know if he could apply for a work permit in canada.  He is an experienced truck driver only in US and not in Mexico.  What are his chaces of qualifing from mexico and not mentioning anyhting obout his problem in the US?

He has to be cleared and rehabilated first, which can be done to clear his record,Which will come out because CIC will require a FBI check after he finishes documentation for rehabilitation then apply for Canada
