Hi all,

I have a friend who has been working here in Vancouver for nearly 1 yr on WP as a cook, with little English competency.

Can he be fitted into BC PNP under skilled worker?
If yes, does the 67 points pass mark apply to him?
If no, are there other solutions or procedures for him?
What webistes or articles I can refer to?

Thank you in advance.

My friend didn't ask the employer, but whether the employer sponsor him or not will make different the solutions for him?

Thank you
