Can anyone tell me what is the procedure if I want to sponsor my real sister to Alberta, she is married and has two kids. Can I sponsor her with her family? How much months does it take?

You would both have to meet the requirements of AINP family stream, see http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/familystream.html
