Recently I've got very interesting e-mail from my VO: they're requesting me for the interview but the thing is that the initial interview was waived and I've sent my medicals almost 6 months ago. Quick search through the forum did not bring any information except for two possible reason for it: either they found something during security check or it is just a quality control. I've seen some posts of ppl who got into the same situation but they've never posted anything about results of such interview. Sounds scary, huh?
So I am wandering why do they need to talk to me?
As per request I do not need to bring anything else except for the travel passport including expired ones and (sic!) contacts of friends/relatives/business partners in Canada. What do they need that for?
My case is strait-forward, I have job here in Canada, no accidents in the past or something.

Usually interview call after medical and before PPR anticipated due to security concern... but it seems your case might not fit on this ground. Since you are not directed to carry docs probably it will be some clarification they need talking with you face to face. So relax and you will be home. All the best
