call from immigration

hi I just received a call from the IO office (most probably my local one, although we`re doing the outland sponsorship), but I wasnt home so they`re supposed to call me again in 3 hours. I dont know what to expect.. I was asked to send my passport in at the end of January. since then there were troubles with the office not having received the medicals for a long time and I havent heard from the office since but I kinda hoped that since they already have my passport, they had more or less already made a decision...

anyone have an experience with a similar situation?
I know I`m gonna find out soon but, should I be worried?
