i can not dial the toll free number from my phone

anyone know what's the normal number  rather than the toll free 1 888 242‑2100  to reach call center in Canada for family class application in canada.

thanks but it's pity that oovoo is not working on 1 888 242‑2100

U could u this number!! 613-944-4000   then press 1 4 English, then press 2, then you'll get switch to CIC call center, then press 0 then press 2, and u'll be connected to an agent..
