Hello Guys,

I'm torn between Calgary and Saskatoon. Can you please help me make that decision. I know the decision is mine to make but I guess I would make a very intelligent decision if I get first hand experiences and information from you guys who are already in these cities.

Thanks!

If I want to select calgary or Saskatoon than I choose Calgary AB.
but it's depend on your experience and jobs openings in your field in these cities/area.
(by the way once I get my PR visa than I will plan to land Toronto only because many people from my village in this area).

Saskatoon is very nice city, very friendly ppl. I like it. What is your job? Maybe I can give an insight about Sas.

Hi MRPrice. That would be very much appreciated. I'm an electronics engineer with background in manufacturing and repair. My wife is an accountant. Hope to hear more from you and other members.

Thanks.

First thing after getting your SIN numbers is a visit to Open Door Society. They will help with guiding your next steps on every aspect for a new immigrant ( jobs, housing, schools, driving lic., ....)
All the best.

Calgary has a lot of unregulated jobs to start with but cost of living is as good as Toronto.
Calgary is smaller than Toronto and bigger than Saskatoon. Go thru these links.
