calculation of education detail....

hi i have a doubt while filling my background application forms under family  class spouse

its very complicated so can you plz help me to calculate my education detail....

you done Primary school 1 to 7 class----7 years
then the secondary school 8 to 10 class ----3 years
then High secondary 11 an 12 class -----2 years

but

but at last in 12th class i fail so i didn't try again

then

i went to Diploma course on base of 10th (secondary school) for 3 years.
       you can do same Diploma course on base of high school (12th class) but in 2 years....  its same thing...


so now i am confuse,
   what should i put?

i can put either N/A or Fail....
and how i calculate total number of formal education...

i was thinking

primary school ---7
secondary/ high school ---4
Diploma---3

something else


plz help me to fill this

I would say 10 +1 year.
High Secondary =+1.
Then Diploma. I would highly recommend that you attach a letter with this explaining that you did 11th, failed in 12th, got admission in a diploma course based on 10th and you performed .[....?? fill that up]. Be truthful, apt and clear about everything.

A question; did you really finished (Madhave..)and started (P.H. School )the same month (04)? Again be precise. write what happened, not what you "think" happened...hope you are getting m drift.
Also, I see a problem, what happened between 06-2003 until 07-2008? Remember you have to give account for "everything". Also, I will repeat, explain by attaching a letter about 12th failure and getting a diploma etc. Hope this helps

If there was a one month vacation then you really started 05 why are you writing 04 for each? Write exactly what happened. Take nothing for granted, do not hide any thing. Write what actually happened.

What happened in the "gap" need to be explained in a letter. Writing "gap" does not mean anything.
 
What you are writing here, write the same in a letter. A table with dates and degrees obtained and a description should work. Elaborate on getting a diploma etc. Elaborate on what were you doing in the job etc...

I am sure if you think hard you can form a very good time line of the past 10 years.
I think its clearly written that use extra sheet to write the history.
Some points to ponder about...
"Study" does not says anything
"Self employed" a little description will help.
You are on the right track. That table looks good. Add another section "comments" and fill that up where ever necessary.
Your months in the time line are still puzzling to me.

What is the confusion? If you finished school in 03 and started after one month [in another school or any class/grade] then write 05 and put what happened in the one month in between?

but its mean 3 to 4 is one month or two month
