File in process Dec 9th. Passport sent Feb 14 and received Feb 15th DHL.

Emadiano.. 
Yes it's the second medical, not mine but my husband's... and Yes the doctor who took his medical test sent it..
the doctor informed him that he sent it on october 10 i think by EMS Egypt mail service. and he gave him the tracking number. 
This what i find when i tracked it.. Thats why I am confused.. I was waiting for the results to come back after little while.
There must be sumting wrong with it...

didhe sent it to canada or canadian embassy in cairo?
i hope he sent it to the address you got in e-mail   
and you can go online and try to find the number of the company and phone them and ask about your mail they can help  i found this in the website   of ems company try to conact them  best of luck

I'm curious like you emadiano!

I know that the embassy is somewhat close from Tahir square. However, does anybody know if the embassy is still open and processing application with all of the things that is currently happening?

nothing new with my hubby yet one month yesterday since he done his medical  Sad I don't know if they are working or not but i suspect the days of work is limited, I hope all will come to peace in Egypt soon and the people get what they want for their country Inshalla and I pray all our spouses and families stay safe god willing.

Hi... I'm new...I'm starting to lose hope!!!
I have sponsored my husband back in march 2011..application received apr 15/2011...approved may 20/11..was sent to cairo office june 1/11 ..and at first it said processing from egypt started on june 2/2011! ..at the beging of oct I received a letter stating that the file was transfered to ottawa and its being processed there...a week later they required my divorce certificate from my previous partner which I found strange because I clearly stated on the application that I was in a common law relationship! Anyways! Submitted all the required documents..2 weeks after I check the icas and it said application in process since oct 27!!!! Wth!! What does that mean? They started the PR application since then or wasn't it supposed to be since june 2 like they stated the first time?? My other conern now is that I checked the website a week ago and it doesn't say in process anymore! It just says application received! Now what is that supposed to mean? Can anyone help?

my hubby's application did the same, it said received in cairo march then when it went to ottawa it said received in sept but soon after they changed it back to received in march started processing sept. as for started processing dissappearing dont worry, probably within a week it will change back again. My hubby's address disappeared for some days once too.

Mrs Kandil: Have you tried to email the OttPilot ?? I've sent them a couple emails and they always answer them. However they cannot go into details like: When will my husband have the interview (And things like that).

They might be able to help you understand what is going on with your file!

I Wish you can find answers to your questions!
