JIM254.. Your welcome... we are all just waiting but most of the waiting has already pass so the rest is just a matter of time...
Bondar.... No they never contacted us for interview.... cuz the medical results didnt come back yet.. they say it takes abt 2-3 months for the result to come back.
I start my case on Oct.6/2010 ... its been over a year now.... but we had a little problem... they put our case on hold for like 3 months...becuz they never recieved the extra documents they requested even though we took the documents to the visa office right after their request...we found out after 3 months that our case was on hold soo then we send the documents by email.... and after 5 days they requested second medical... I was really mad... why didnt they contact as earlier and tell us that they didnt receive the documents... but then wat can you do...it was meant to happen and it happened.. anywyz we are just waiting and it will be over soon,..
but to everyone who needs to send documents to the visa office I would advice to also send the documents by email... just incase they get lost at the visa office... they recieve a lot of papers every time... and make sure you type your file number in the subject place...

Hi
Can anyone tell me how long it takes to hear something after the application gets to the ottawa pilot? How long does it take for them to update the new info on the site, such as medical records which was sent with the application?

go to page 38 and click on sheilala's link at the bottom of her quote you can see all our applications and time lines in there as well alot of us has our info below our names, also it depends on CIC most of us once it was sent to Ottawa It went to processing immediately and some of us was requested for interviews soon after etc. you can go back through our reply's and see.

Hi Bondar  To my knowledge no sponsor are asked for the interview unless they are present during the interview of the sponsored person. I know for a fact that 2 of my friends (who married an Egyptian man) were present during the interview and were asked to enter the room once the husband finished their interview. Their husband was in the room for about 1h to 1h30 and they were in the room for about 5-15 minutes. Once it was done, they were told on the spot that the visa was approved Hope this helps ! Also anybody received any positive news lately ?? On our side we havent heard anything since he redid his medical papers... I must admit that Im starting to be nervous with what is happening in Tahir and the elections... Especially since my husband works right beside Tahir and almost got hit with a rock today when he was heading towards the bus location to go back home  ... ~Mels |

Melz.. Sorry to hear abt your husband .. just tell him to be extra carefully...
I know Tahrir Square is under very bad situation ... I have watched on the news how police are beating the protestors and all the rocks flaying in the air..
I pray for egypt and I pray for the PPL.. May allah give them the peace they deserve.

it has been a month now since i paid RPRF , they didn't reply or send anything  i sent the receipt to pilot office in ottawa, mississauga & cairo visa office, what else can i do ? |

tell me is this your secend medical? and why you send it by yourself because my medical the hospital sent it by them way so maybe if the status still like that you have to phone the post company have your medical just if you dont mind explian to me how you send it good luck |
