Ontarior, i go to the site and i entered the tracking number and i saw alot of stuff there ..i don't know  will it appear when it is sending to Ott-pilot? as till now Clearance processing complete at LONDON-HEATHROW - UK will i see more results later... sorry i know um not smart ;Denough What is the time and date for this status: Clearance processing complete at LONDON-HEATHROW - UK is it today? and is it the last status you see? |

it was sent 9-Feb-2012 Delivered 10-Feb-2012 , and yes it is the last date you said DELIVERED it was delivered Feb 13, 2012 no need to worry anymore |

That means it passed the customs, however, it does not say it is delivered, which does not sound right.
what you can do is the following, call the medical office again, or call the courier (DHL or whatever it is) give them the tracking number. and ask them why is not this delivered till now? it is almost two months

P.S you do not need to worry about the package being sent to CPP-O pilot. As long as it is delivered successfully to London.
However, if you did not hear from CPP-O till now, I would send them an email to OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca
Ask them about the status of your application and mention that the medical check up was delivered to london on February 13, 2012

my name is habone i have been in canada 5 years wiht my dauther we made refugee claim inside canad and have been waiting 3 years than we get accept and we applay our PR and i inlude my husband,we received our PR last Novomber and they immigration transfered his file to the visa office finaly they sent us a letter telling he have to an application and fingerprint his passpaort valid atlist 18, 8pictures zise passport,medical exam extra...... i have problem to goin CAIRO VISA OFFICE and see your comincations sister and brothers i think you have a lot information that i realy need and some question so i need some how get throu CAIRO VISA OFFICE and also how i can see your answer plz plz plz i am waiting hearing you soon in shaa alaah
