I thought I may share my timeline so far
CIC started processing for sponsorship Sept 2011
Met the Sponsorship requirements Nov 2011
CIC started processing for immigration Jan 2011
Medical results have been received
Finally received the email asking for the passport and photos of my spouse just last week and got that already delivered Wed 15th
I'm just hoping this step doesn't take too long...

Wow, you are so luck your process is moving very fast. You are almost at the end of the road. They have requested his passport and pic which usually means no interview. So the next step is for the to stamp your passport and issue it back with your visa. Congrats on such a fast process. To all that have their husbands beside them now, I wish you the best of love, happiness and health. May allah bring joy to you all. For those who are still waiting inshallah you will hear great news soon. The time is long and the process is hard but as we have all heard it is worth it. did u get automatic confirmation of receipt right away after you sent ur e mail  if u did ,, so they got ur e mail ,,, and dont forget today is thursday the end of the week ,, so i guess u wait untill sunday and they will reply you inshallah ....u say they have ur passport already ,, i guess u r on last step no need so much worry |

Hi Emaiano
If I were you, what I would do is reply to the email you received for the interview request. Let them know that you were told if you did not hear anything in 10 days to contact them. I hope that helps.
