caipsnotes recd...for official language code -4 will it caused rejection..pls re

hi everyone
i have recd my caips notes......for official language it coded 4...that means fluent in neither

as per canada immigration requirement i have already submitted my original ielts result along with all my application and full docs to visa office.....i have received 6.5 band scores in ielts

still caipsnotes says i am not fluent in english

i know its mandatory to proov your language ability or else definately rejection of the application

now i m scared , even though i have provide them the proof of my language ability and still they are not satisfied

i would like to request all the member who recd their caipsnotes ..please mention your official language code..so everyone on this thread will have better idea on this subject.. even the members who ordered caipsnotes and now recd their PR they can definately throw some light on this issue

i have sent them my test result along with my full pplication to buffalo ,its reach there 14 dec 2009

i have given my ielts on 22 august 2009

i am also thinking that i should requst british council to issue me another document of ielts result and send it to immigration canada

pls share your thought on it

Under old rules you do not need to worry because there is no minimum score for IELTS and your English fluency.You should pass 67.points and that is all.
This summer that is going to change.They will ask minimum poinst foe each NOC category like for CEC now.

they usually required more Above 6.0 in each sections for that NOC.
could you please post your CAIPS here where you found that code? post it after erasing your personal info from the scanned document.

 i have recieved my caipsnotes and as per caipsnotes everything looks fine to me but about official language they have coded it to 4...that means fluent in niether as per caipscodes analysis

i have already submitted original document of ielts along with my full aplication to buffalo which buffalo office recd on
15 dec 2009 ...i also submitted photocopy of ielts to them in same application and i think they just checked photocopy which they dont accept as per rule

i wanted to tell them about this and wanted to email them to look for original ielts result and requst them to change official language code from 4 to 1

i have recd 6.5 overall bandscores in ielts

should i request ielts to issue me another original document of ielts result and send it to immigration canada?

ok. tell us your scores of IELTS in each sections.
I have seen people been denied/kept hanging for IELTS score of less than 6.0 in 1 or more sections even though they have scored 6.0 or 6.5 . lets see whats your status. whatever you sent to them are on their file and they havent lost it so no need to resend anything. it might be that they stopped processing your case when they started evaluating your IELTS score.

i have score ielts as follow

listening-6.0
reading-  6.5
writting- 6.5
speaking- 6.5

even they have calculate my points and i scored 70 (67 need for passing)
they havent shows that how much points i got in each category but mentioned only total points i.e 70

i donn know whts going on there

we could tell you precisely if you had posted the caips after erasing your private info such as file number, name, etc etc.

it might be that they had stopped processing your file while the IELTS verification was being carried on. in fact everyone's processing is apparently at halt now. we got nothing to do except waiting. 2011 does not seem a very good year for us. keep watching.
