Hi All,
 I am new to this forum and would like to ask when is the best time to request my CAIPS file. I reveived my AOR in feb 06. Thanks for the info.

it depends of where you are applying from, February 2006... it seems to early yet.

did you receive any documents request so far?

1.  For skilled worker applicants CAIPS will not contain any useful information until the Inital Assessment.
2.  Unless you are refused or required to attend an interview, CAIPS really does not help you in anyway.
