CAIPS Report received - Qorax - Please Need Your Input

Hi, 
I received my CAIPS report today. Things look good, but I saw something that confuses me.

At one place, it has been mentioned under 'Documents' section:

DOCUMENTS REQD         DATE REQUESTED      OK     AUTHORITY
Funds                            20/Nov/2011           Y        XYZ
FBI PC/HOF                     20/Nov/2011           Y        XYZ
PC India                         20/Nov/2011           Y        XYZ

I have already provided them with Proof of Funds in May 2011, and Indian PC and FBI report submitted in Sep 2010. Does the above info mean they are going to ask me again for these documents? I have not received any letter from them yet.

Then later in the CAIPS, I see comments like 'PC India, FBI PC HOF CLEAN'. This is what that confuse me. Are they saying they are good with what is submitted earlier and need not request them again?

What does HOF stands for? I also see comments like 'RPRF X2'. Does this mean RPRF for TWO people?

They have selected my file based on their criteria. What are the next steps? Security Clearance?

a) XYZ reviewed your file on 20/11/11 and found everything OK. No, u won't be asked for those 3 again.
b) HOF = Head of the Family. Your criminality check from India & the US stand 'cleared'.
c) Yes, u need to submit RPRF for 2 pax [$490x2=980], Husband & wife's, your kids r underaged.

I checked forum and it seems IMM 1017S is related to MR. Does anybody know usually how many days it takes to receive MR? I have heard nothing from VO so far. Not even that my file has been transferred from Buffalo to NY. Do they dispatch MR forms the day of request?

Your VO has approved your case for meds on 24-11-11. The file will be in queue @ PMB, as it comes-up u'd receive the MR.

May I know what does acronym PMB stands for? The BF'D date on my file is 26 Dec, 2011. Is that when the MR going to come out of the queue?

Your file was sent to 'CB' & the IO desires to have it back in 60 working days by 25th Jan 2012.

Thanks. As per my e-cas status (detailed Info): My file was transferred to NY on 12 Nov. VO reviewed the file and started processing on Nov 15th. On main page, I still see 'In Process' status.
