Hello
I applied to have my CAIPS report in June 2011 through my sister in Vancouver. They have not yet even charged her credit card for their $5 fee.
I tried to call them to ask what was happening, and it asked 1 for English 2 for French and then took me straight to an answer phone.
This is happening for the whole week and I am concerned that I am dialling the wrong telephone number.
I got their number from  cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/completed.asp
1‑800‑667‑6703 and also this number from the applicant form/information +16139460953 but they both are useless.
I sent them an email on ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca a week ago but no response.
Does someone know an email or a proper phone number so that I can enquire what is happening with my application to acquire me CAIPS report.

They received my application on 19 August 2011 but the jokers have yet not released a CAIPS report.

This should not take more than 30 days. Right?

How delighted I am to realise that my future is in the hands of such efficient,talented and competent people.
