caips note mostly we generate when we think that process is taking so long time, and you dont get update from CHC, so you want to know complete process with issuing caips note, you can request as many as you want but it will cost you some dollars.

It will not as it is your right. However in present processing times you must at least give 6 to 8 months tiem in between previous reqeust in order to have any info on your file. |

Dear senior members,
In my caips notes mentioned( IRPA RECEIVED ON JAN2,2009,FILE AWAITED,BF CHANGED TO FDQ
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED,AWAITING FURTHER ACTION) is it my first BFD?
Secondly It has mentiond (Paper file sent to San File BF'D To,FDQ on 02-03-2011) Is it my second BFD?After that can i expect medical request or BGcheck?What is 2nd AOR? Please clarify

i believe FDQ si the person who will be looking into your file and ur file is assigned to him and ur bfd si already passed so u can expect something anytime now provided ur file has not been assigned another bfd |

My friend your fiel is not reviewed yet for points finaqlization. Age points are entered by default becasue that is understood. See first step in reveiwng docs is to review papers and if paper work is ok and is finally reviewed you get PSDEC as 1 (passed). 0 against decesion codes indicates that no decesion ahs been taken as yet. I would reccomend you to wait for sometime before re applying caips so that you may get some results added in your file |

It is your own call as you can judge it by yourself only. However i would not reccomend since generally new tiem frame for old applicants is i beleive 85 months (give or take) and you almost gone through it. But if you re apply you will have to wait for another few years sicne fast track is also taking now 2 years (give or take). what ever you want to do, please do after carefull evaluation and consideration.
