Stuck: Are you or your spouse a doctor or some other professional? The only "FCR" related to immigration I could find was "Foreign credential recognition".

I found it. POV means "Promise of Visa" letter. If you didn't receive any such letter, it must have got lost in the mail. Here's a link:

Thanks Canadian.... you know what though ... my heart is skipping beats now b cuz ..... that note was in my CAIPS but my background weren't back yet .... I think it's just got back ... I am also an ARC case ..... I am confused .... like very confused now :S

I am working as a Process Engineer, and my wife is M.B.A. person with more than 2 years experience. She used to work as a Finance Executive for a company.
