Dear Qorax/Seniors,,

I just received my caips  form lawpoint.ca.  Pls. help me out to understand the notes.

on the right side of 1st page written .   IMM  1017S  REQUESTED  XX-10-2010

in the middle  written :  WC STATUS : **  WC TYPE : ** DECISION REASON : **
                                PSDEC : 0        SELDEC : 0
                                BDEC : 0        MEDDEC : 0
                                QREC : 0     F INDEC : 0
Same page at the end written :  PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS.  FILE BFD  TO :  PCL ON XX-10-2010 .  MICROLOCATOR




pls  help me to understand this..  and till now no news from London VO.  status  - INPROCESS(Pending rweview)

Hi my friend,  45 minutes after your first post  you got impatient as you did not see any reply.

Any how don't worry, it seems from the CAIPS that the note "IMM  1017S  REQUESTED  XX-10-2010"
 is internal for visa section indicating your medical forms were prepared and placed in your file ready for use when needed. All other decisions showing 0 are still pending.  As soon as they complete other formalities you will get the medical request. May be soon!! Cheesy. Are you happy now?.  Therefore you have to wait.  Be patient.

hi sazza i have the same case as your i received my caips and IMM 1017s states the date of my 2ND AOR, all are  zer expet the age which they gave me 10 points.

my address in ecas is also missing for almost two weeks now...hoping to receive the good new

Copied from the site FYI

CAIPS is short for 'Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System'. It is the computer system historically used by Citizenship & Immigration Canada to process visa applications, and holds all the information on the current status of every immigration application being processed by overseas offices (i.e. those outside of Canada), other than new applications at offices which have switched to using the 'GCMS' system.
