Hi to all,
I ordered Caips notes for my application that has been over delayed. When i got the results all entries were in French. I was surprised , because my   file is FSW1 and all documents are in English and some educational certificates are in English and French as my country uses English and French as official languages. My 1st language is English and 2nd is French.

Is  there anybody who has this experience that his caips notes were all compiled in French?

1) The visa office is situated in a country where their language is French
2) The  Caip Notes were ordered by my friend who is living in Quebec
3) I also indicated that i speak French as a 2nd language on my application, but mode of communication was  English only.

I do not know if this is the reason why the Caip Notes were printed in French. Please help me understand this.

Also i got something in my caips notes like  "Foss, no adverse information found" i do not understand it also, I have never lived in Canada, since i have read foss is for those who have lived in Canada.  What is the meaning and reason it was printed in my Caips , even though i applied out of Canada.
Please help me.

Thanks in advance.

1.  The language of the Visa officer is probably French, so s/he makes his CAIPs notes in French.
2.  All offices check FOSS to ensure that you haven't been in trouble with Immigration in Canada, (and forgot to mention it)
