Hi All,

Has anyone seen this link: http://www.lawpoint.ca/images/stories/visatargets2011.png regarding to 2011 VISA TARGET?!

I applied under old system (simplied) which is categorized to Pre-C50 applicant ...
I haven't REALLY seen or heard any updates from the mission I applied in CTOT about my case ...

It's been 45 months since I got my F/N in May 2007 till now ...  Sad
Is there a chance that is likely to at least process or review my case in 2011?! From your point of view?!

Thank you & appreciated.

No one can tell about the timelines for 2007, I assume there's an already thread for 2007 applicants, join it for better insights. Try trackitt as well.

That image for visa quotas was discussed before and the info can't be authenticated. Let's hope that we see faster processing br VO's.

Cheers

Hi Mezo,

I wonder if I can get your opinion about CAIPS whether or not this would bring any insights about my case at all (coz' I am think about getting it myself as I currently reside in Canada)?!

On the other hand, my concern will be that since CTOT hasn't review my case, would I gain any good information from result?! i,e, bring forward  date to review?!

Thanks again.

Hi,

Yes. Ordering CAIPS won't harm and since you reside in Canada, I heard you get it for $5. You will get some insights from it, hopefully.

I understand that if you are physically in Canada, you can obtain them for free under the Privacy Act.

Thanks Baloo ...
I have a very same form download it & ready to go ...

However I have a few questions here to ask if anyone can kindly help would be awesome:

1. Requester's reference number => is it the same as my F/N started with a B xxx xxx xxxx ?!
2. What's ATIP number?! => Do I just ignore it since I only have F/N available to me.
3. Under REQUEST FOR => I know I need to check CAIPS (information abroad) but do I check Oversea visa file (CAIPS included)?
4. I supposed I should fill Visa file number with my F/N eh~!?

So many questions in one simply sheet, but ...
Thank you for your helps ...

Appreciated.

Regards,

Good point Baloo. Well done. I've never realized that there's something cost-free in Canada.

Okay,

Here is what my contents in the form:

1. Filled with my F/N started with "B".
2. Ignore ATIP number.
3. Just check CAIPS (information abroad), but NOT Oversea visa file (CAIPS included).
4. Filled with my F/N started with "B".

Godspeed ... !!!
