Dear sorry to tell you that mine is the same thing after two years they have done nothing I mean nothing and to say that at the beginning of 2011 they changed our cases to in process I thought they will start working on it NO they changed it to in process to start collecting dust in an in process fashion.

I personally believe that there is no point in applying for CAIPS at this stage. Specially for applicants who received AOR in May 2010 onwards.

I don't know if this will apply to every visa office but I applied for my CAIPS note for the 2nd time this year,at the end of sept and got it about a month later. And just like the first one received in April, it appeared as if absolutely nothing had been done, infact even the PSEC was 0! Despite this fact I was so happy to find my eCas go from "in process" with RBVO details (from Feb 2011) to the real in process status with the date of start of processing added( 21/11/2011)on 28/11/2011. Lastly and most importantly, I got my medical request today dated 1/12/2011.BTW my VO is in Pretoria; hopefully the other VOs who haven't already started processing Pre-june applicants' files will hopefully start soon

Thanks. Application to CIO March 2010, first AOR May 2010, Full documents to VO July 2010, 2nd AOR August 2010, Medical request Dec 2010.One surprising thing also was that my BF'D was supposed to be 15/12/2011, yet they sent the medicals before then!
