Hi All,

I need help in Caips Notes, been searching a lot but was not able to find it if any one can please help me on the highlighted words this would be a gr8 help.

PAPER FILE SENT TO : PA  FILE BF'D TO : FRQ ON 03-03-2011

PA could be the primary applicant or a person of your VOffice
FRQ is the name of a section of your VOffice.
when did you get this CAIPS?
whats your NOC and visa office?

i applied in feb/2008, and heard nothing since then.

shud i go for CAIPS, can anybody tell me its benefits.

Hi

If you appliedin Feb 2008 and didn't recieve medicals, then I would suggest not to order CAIPS as the notes will most likely be empty. I mean if you really want to see what is happening with your file, then you can order them. There is no harm in doing that. I know how it feels when you applied so long ago.

If you are in Canada, fill this form:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

If you are not in Canada the use one of private website who orders CAIPS notes on your behalf. Just google CAIPS notes and the use one of the website...

I  applied feb 2008 as well they requested my documents in jan 2009 and i have received nothing since then. I recently oredered my caip notes so i can have an idea whats happening. I suggest you do the same it couldnt hurt. where did you apply from

Hi jnathan,

I just got my Caips last week.. I am a backlog applicant applied in 2005.. in Dec 2008 i got a letter reg application continuation after then no update.

No PA is Put Away, meaning the file was sent to the file room.  FRQ is the initials of a visa officer/employe and the file was to be Brought Forward from the file room on 03/03/11 to that person.

What does SelDec say?    Unless you post the whole caips notes (edited) no one can tell.

Please check the info..SELDEC still says 0 what does that mean.

That means that your application has not gone into processing and no decisions have been made.
