how to order caips notes and what is IA?

1.  IA Initial Assessment
2.  If you have someone in Canada you can authorize them to obtain your CAIPS notes under an Access request, cost you $5 see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/faq.html  or you can contact one of the companies that do it for a fee: http://www.caips.ca/index.shtml
http://www.caipsnotes.com/  you really don't need them until you have had the initial assessment and an interview is required.
