i have received my caips notes today.
Its says
Cost Recovery :  Complete
RPRF   :           Outstanding

Whats does it means?
Its mean fee has been already paid?

ALSO  it  says
FEE 2
Transaction : Payment
FEE: RPRF

Receipt Date:
Amount cad 490
whats its mean fee  paid and received by CPC .m  Or not?

No it means the final portion of the fee for $490 CAD hasn't been received by them yet. Did you send it along with your application or later in the process? If you didn't send it then you will want to pay it now so it doesn't delay anything.

Hi,

I paid my fees  @  initial stage before sending application to Mississauga. I also included the receipt in my application. I am confused now. Total fee paid $1040. Did i miss something??

$1040 is the correct amount if you are only sponsoring your spouse and no dependent children. Are you sure you have paid RPRF for your dependent if applied?

i  have no dependent.
i  am  the only principle applicant.
i am really  confused now.
it  will delay the process and my medical is expiring next month.

Have you received a request to pay the fees or just looking at the CAIPS? I see you have also received your passport request, normally they ask the applicant to pay the fees before they request passport to issue their visa. I don't think you have to worry about it and even if they ask you to pay the fees, you should still have your payment receipt which is just a matter of faxing it to them and explaining that your fees have been paid in full.

Thats what i got in e-mail

In order to continue with the processing of your application, we require the following information and/or documents:

                   -Original and valid passport for you
                  -Payment of RPRF -( Please note that you must send a copy of receipt to Mississauga).

but i have already paid my fee.

Send a copy of the receipt to Mississauga, then send your passport and a copy of the receipt to the visa office with a cover letter explaining that you have already paid the RPRF. Maybe also phone the CIC hotline (or get someone to phone for you) and ask what you should do, since it seems that the RPRF may have been misplaced.
