Caips Note help needs to understand

Hi all

I have received my caips note for my family this weekend. It is straight forward though, I tried to understand, I can see the PA notes regarding my 2 over-aged younger brothers at Mississuaga office even though they are full time student, Miss CIC have forwarded the case already to Islamabad last year in Aug-2007. they do not have any objection or asked us to provide the additional documents regarding their full time student not only at mississauga office but also from islamabad after submitting the documents we have not heard back yet(Which seems ok to them)

(Islamabad CHC have all original documents of my brothers and sister for their schools, colleges and universities to show them they are FULL TIME students)

Our orignal documents have submitted to ISB in Jan-08 and we got the AOR in Feb-14 since then there is no updates. Now i am coming to my point. when i got the Caips Note, I could not see anything wrong according to my knowledge BUT when i look down on pages, i found the following in MEDICAL CASE DIRECTORY section it is stating like below. Anybody on the forum can let me know about thier opinion? What do they understand? specially under neath the file number it is showing MED REQ'D

If you're asking about these codes . . . I think these are computer shortcut keys for the person accessing the CAIPS computer to use to pull up different pages of the notes.  For example, pressing "PF3" key would bring up the Medical Results page that they sent to you.  But I don't see anything in the rest of what you copied of the page that indicates what the medical results actually were.  You would see codes like M0, M19, etc.  I used to have a list of the codes but, unfortunately, I can't find it just now.

Actually my question was about the Med Req'd. right after the file no if you see they wrote Med req'd. i am asking this is updates on their end for medical of my family?

I have the caips notes where my family members name are mention. So i am assuming this is the for Medical?
