Caips interpretation - seniors help required please

To everybody and to all seniors pls help me with this code from caips note,

I am pre june applicant since march 201, my visa office is London and i'ved got my caips note this morning and its difficult for me to understand some codes so pls i need your help and kindly give me some information and ideas.
